Oxford Global Career Academy is an Oxford-based educational consultancy helping families in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Central Asia access safe, accredited UK summer programmes and university pathway experiences.
Founded by Oxford-based education and wellbeing professionals, we combine:

Dr. Erdal YANARDONER
Founder & Director
Dr. Erdal Yanardöner leads OxfordGCA’s strategy, partnerships, and programme quality. Based in Oxford, he holds a PhD in Psychological Counselling and brings strong expertise in education, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
He works closely with families, students, and partner schools to ensure every learner enjoys a safe, transparent, and smoothly guided journey into the UK education system
Cüneyt BIYIKSIZ
Regional Representative – Türkiye
Cüneyt manages OxfordGCA’s operations in Türkiye, bringing deep expertise in psychological counseling and educational coaching. With strong communication skills and extensive experience in both national and international education systems, he provides strategic guidance throughout students’ academic and personal development journeys.
Acting as a reliable bridge for families and educational institutions in Türkiye, Cüneyt ensures that students access educational opportunities in the UK with the right motivation and professional preparation. Within OxfordGCA, he supports young talents in maximizing their potential through his student-oriented approach, career planning proficiency, and mastery of international educational standards.

Regional Representative – Central Asia & Caucasus
Dr. Kozhakhmet supports families and partner schools across Central Asia and the Caucasus, ensuring clear communication, personalised guidance, and culturally informed support for students preparing for UK programmes.
